Just wanna share my strengthsfinder. This test is very interesting. It comes with a book strengthsfinder (available in Thai version) which allows you to take web-based assessment test. I think the outcome is very accurate and also useful for teamwork and team building as you'll know how to work with people according to their strengths. My boss at KBank bought the book for me and her other subordinates to take the test. She always say things about my positive thinking and my first signature theme is "Positivity". ;-)
