"Successful Soft and fluffy Chocolate cake" Failed to bake one last time 'coz I misunderstood the portion of pan size. This time it came out OK, excepts the coating. This cake is one of the famous recipe, in Thai called "Choc na nim". All ingredients are mixed together and end the preocess with whipping white eggs. Quite a complex cake.
